1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 7-day return window for products that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the incorrect model variant was sent to you. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all protective seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Tempered glass screen protectors that have had their protective backing film removed or attempted to be installed are strictly non-returnable due to the nature of adhesive coatings. Similarly, items showing physical usage scratches or lack of retail packaging are not eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please send a message to our WhatsApp support number with your order number, photo evidence of the issue, and the accessory name. Our delivery team will coordinate the pickup or replacement delivery.
